"This is my second band and I absolutely love it. I definitely notice the difference with how settled I feel when I wear it. It seems to provide a really lovely calming effect. I also bought one for my elderly dog to wrap around her collar and it seems to have made her a bit more joyful and mobile, I noticed the difference the next day. I'm looking forward to the hanging dog tags arriving. I would definitely recommend this product to anybody who is thinking of exploring how using grounding can support them emotionally and physically. We also use the earthing mat and I notice a difference in my sleep quality when I'm away and don't take this with me."
