Below are some common questions about our EarthBands

What are the EarthBands made of?

The clasp is 96.77% Brass, 1.39% Iron and Nickel and weighs
9.5 grams. With, 2 microns (0.3 grams) of platinum electro plating at 1.38% and
0.45% copper.

What if I am allergic to Nickel?

Please be aware that there is a tiny amount of Nickel within the plating and magnets which might cause a skin irritation.  We hope to remove Nickel altogether in the future.

How should I wear the EarthBand?

The main EarthBand block can be tight to your wrist or more loose if you prefer and can be worn either on the outside of the wrist, or inside. It's totally up to you! To help keep the metal ends in place you can tuck them under the main cord.

Can I get the EarthBand wet?

Whilst getting the EarthBand wet won’t affect the natural, magnetic healing energy, please be aware that continued exposure to moisture might tarnish the metal.  The cord may stretch over time due to the weight of the water and the drying out process. However, don’t worry too much if you forget to take it off for the odd shower, bath or dip in the pool!

Can I wear the EarthBand all the time?

Yes you can wear the Earthband for as long and as often as you want.

Can I sleep with the EarthBand on?

Yes, sleeping with the EarthBand on is perfectly fine.

Is the EarthBand suitable for children?

Yes, the EarthBand is suitable for all ages.

What if my wrist is in between the recommended sizes?

If after you’ve measured your wrists you find that you are in between sizes, we would advise opting for the smaller of the two.

What is the difference between the Classic and the Ornate styles?

Both styles give exactly the same natural PEMF energy. The Classic has a plain cord and the Ornate has 3 additional pieces of metal detail on the cord.

How do I clean the EarthBand?

Any standard jewellery cleaner can be used to bring the metal back to life if it becomes tarnished. The paracord can be cleaned with a damp cloth and then dried.

What can I do with the ends of the EarthBand cord to stop them flapping about?

The Earthband has been designed to fit various wrist sizes and depending on how you wear your bracelet, the ends of the paracord can simply be tucked under the main bracelet cord to be kept in place.

Do the magnets need to be next to my skin?

There is no right or wrong way. It's totally up to you. Some prefer to have the magnets tight to the skin but its not necessary. If you prefer to wear the Earthband slightly looser on your wrist, that is ok too. You will still receive the healing benefits.

Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

What is your return and refund policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with any tags, and in its
original packaging. You will also need the order number or email confirmation as proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, then please email us at hello@earthband.com so that we canevaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I exchange my EarthBand?

Yes absolutely! The quickest way to get your replacement item is to request a refund of your original order and place a new order on our website for your replacement.

What are the exceptions / non-returnable items?

Whilst studies and research show the benefits of "PEMF" and “Frequency Healing”,  it cannot be guaranteed, as every individual person is unique. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you believe you are not experiencing the benefits associated with our Earthband bracelets or any other similar product we may add to the store.

How is my order shipped?

We are currently in active discussions for a fulfilment partner within the USA and until such time that has been finalised and put in place, all USA-bound items will be shipped via Royal Mail as an International Tracked Service (Large Letter) and a tracking number will be provided once available.  Standard delivery aim from the UK to the USA is: 5-7 working days until such time our USA fulfilment agreement is in
place.  All orders received before 2.00 pm UK (GMT) will be processed and despatched the same day.  Any orders received after 2.00 pm will be despatched the next working day.

How are the Customs and Duty fees handled?

Orders to countries outside the UK may be subject to import taxes and/or duties and will vary depending on location. These are
applied when your package reaches your country and are imposed locally and payment of these is necessary by the buyer/recipient to release the parcel from Customs.  These orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.  All items shipped to the USA are sent on Postal Delivery Duties Paid Solution (PDDP) basis.
