General returns and refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with any tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the order number or email confirmation as proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

Please note for orders outside of the UK, we are unable to refund any duty charges or taxes that you may have paid to the courier or customs authorities.

Upon receipt of the returned goods and processed your return, we will refund your account or dispatch your exchange within 14 days.

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, then please email us at hello@earthband.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You are eligible for either a refund or replacement.

Pre-order refund policy (only applicable to pre-orders)

All consumer rights remain for products only available for pre-order, and orders can be cancelled at any point prior to delivery for a full refund. Once delivery has been made, all orders are then subject to the general returns policy described above.

Refund processing

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

Unless otherwise stated, we will only refund the price paid for the product(s) being returned; we are unable to refund the original shipping cost.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get your replacement item is to request a refund of your original order and place a new order on our website for your replacement.

Note: we charge a handling fee for all exchanges equivalent to our shipping price.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Whilst studies and research show the benefits of "PEMF" and “Frequency Healing”,  it cannot be guaranteed, as every individual person is unique. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you believe you are not experiencing the benefits associated with our Earthband bracelets or any other similar product we may add to the store.

Payments

We accept payment (GBP) via our secure Stripe account connected to the Shopify store and accept all major credit and debit cards.  Payment will be deemed to have been made once we are in receipt of all cleared funds and until such time, all goods will remain the property of Be Grounded Limited.

Shipping

We are currently in active discussions for a fulfilment partner within the USA and until such time that has been finalised and put in place, all USA-bound items will be shipped via Royal Mail as an Internal Tracked Service (Large Letter) and a tracking number will be provided once available.  Standard delivery aim from the UK to the USA is: 5-7 working days until such time our USA fulfilment agreement is in place.  All orders received before 2.00 pm UK (GMT) will be processed and despatched the same day.  Any orders received after 2.00 pm will be despatched the next working day.

Customs clearance & Duty fees

Orders to countries outside the UK may be subject to import taxes and/or duties and will vary depending on location.  These are applied when your package reaches your country and are imposed locally and payment of these is necessary by the buyer/recipient to release the parcel from Customs.  These orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.  All items shipped to the USA are sent on Postal Delivery Duties Paid Solution (PDDP) basis.
